Can you describe the HANDYPLAN?
Once you join the plan, we carry out a survey over 6 weeks where we make regular warranted visits to log contents and the property condition.
The survey helps with identifying problems around the property and be able to anticipate them.
What are the benefits?
We hold information on the property, including:
- 2D or 3D plans used to show the layout plan
- area dimensions, should you need to replace items
- priority list, should you want to add urgent jobs not listed yet
- fixtures and fittings used in the building
- report on current and expected standard
When can I use this service?
Once joined, your survey will be carried out within 6 weeks.
What if I need work done now?
Urgent work can be completed outside of the plan upon request. The idea though, through the plan, is to have a preventive approach and eliminate the urgent jobs that affect your time and your wallet.
How long do I need to join for?
12 months minimum to get the value out of it, otherwise you will not see any financial value.

What happens when you've done all the work?
If we come to a point when we have very little or no problems to report, we will advise you that you may end the contract and renew when you need to.
We will keep your property information on file for 36 months.
