Harrow Handyman was originally set up to meet the constant demand from the general public and organisations who needed small jobs done, yet seemed to have much trouble trying to find someone to do this.
Harrow Handyman operates a NO JOB TOO SMALL policy and we cover the whole of Harrow.
With more than 30 years experience in the building trade we are able to carry out almost all types of everyday household repairs quickly and efficiently.
Our aim is to achieve the highest possible results leaving you satisfied enough to want to use us again.1. General Plumbing
For all you general plumbing problems, such as:
taps changed, toilet cistern repairs, over flow ball valves changed, radiators changed, hot water copper cylinders, baths, basins, sinks, stop cock for the mains water (these are usually seized) outside taps.
Just call and ask me. I'll be there......2. General Electrics
We fit all types of new internal and external lights, security lights, automatic light switches that come on when you are out.
We can install new plug sockets (both inside and outside) and carry out most types of electrical repairs.
We can even fit new consumer RCD 17th edition fuse boxes via our qualified electrician.3. General Carpentry
We are good with anything that's wood.
We can adjust doors, fit new doors, fit all types of locks, repair door hinges etc, fit shelving, box in pipework, fit kitchen cabinets, worktops, door architraves, skirting and floor boards, decking, shed repairs, etc.
If it's made from wood then there is a good chance I can repair it.4. Locksmith
All kinds of locks to all kinds of doors (e.g. house, garage, shed, etc).
Call us out if you can't get in!5. All General Property Maintenance
We can help with most of your home improvements and repairs, often giving good advice and bringing a whole new fresh approach to what could be achieved.

Lesley22/08/2021I had four different plumbing jobs all needing doing at once. Kevin was my first choice to help - and true to form he arrived on time, worked efficiently, left everything clean and the final bill was just as the estimate.
Lesley28/03/2021I had a cooker hood that had stopped working, and also a wall heater to install. Kevin replied promptly with a fair quotation for this work – which was also the final cost. Kevin has a very good name locally, and indeed he arrived as promised, worked briskly and quietly, and left no mess whatsoever. You can contact him with confidence.
Anita18/02/2019I called them on Monday morning costs were clearly explained and we arranged for Kevin to come, he arrived on time, got the job done competent, pleasant it just worked. I then asked them about another job again that was done well, a small problem occurred as it does on old systems. They came and sorted it no questions asked - no problem.
