Karen08/06/2025My mother had a fault with her boiler (Ruislip); the service contractors did not want to know stating it was a plumbing job. My sister acted on her behalf & tried several plumbers who were too busy/didn't want to know. Steve not only looked but completed the job swiftly & with minimal impact on mum. He also kindly used the invoice to state what the problem was (because it could/should have been undertaken by service contractors) in order for my sister to claim against them. Excellent service - definitely recommend!

He is a very competent plumber who knows exactly what he is doing and is also friendly and honest and not at all over the top price-wise. He works very conscientiously and is always happy to explain what he's doing. He went round to have a look at the problem on Monday morning (central heating pump not working), bought and fitted the necessary parts that afternoon. My parents were delighted with his service and professionalism, the genuine concern he showed for them as people and his willingness to help an elderly couple who were really feeling the cold (-2ยบ that night). He is a lovely guy, his work is faultless and I am very happy to recommend him to anyone who may need a plumber. I was in a bit of a crisis when the central heating failed just as we the had the first of the really cold weather before Christmas.
The temperature was dropping rapidly and I was stranded in Derbyshire.
I rang Steve during the afternoon and explained I was worried about water freezing, pipes bursting and the house being flooded.
Steve went round that evening and made the water system secure.
He continued to monitor the house whilst I was away and repaired various problems with the system.
I was very pleased with his work and I would strongly recommend Steve.Emma27/03/2018I thoroughly recommend Steve. He is reliable, conscientious and pleasant as well as being extremely capable. His attitude is always positive and he is always determined to diagnose the problem and fix it. I have two rental properties for which he has carried out many plumbing duties from unblocking sinks to fitting new boilers.
