Will Drafting
Putting a will in place ensures your wishes are respected and your loved ones are protected. We take the time to understand your personal circumstances before drafting anything, so your will reflects what truly matters to you—not just a legal template. We can assist with single wills, mirror wills for couples, updates to existing wills, and secure storage once your will is completed.

Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
An LPA allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you’re ever unable to do so. This can cover both financial matters and health and welfare decisions. We guide you through the process at your own pace, clearly explaining each step and ensuring everything is set up correctly—giving you and your family peace of mind for the future.

Probate & Estate Administration
Managing a loved one’s estate can feel overwhelming, particularly during a time of grief. Our team provides sensitive, practical support throughout the entire process—from obtaining the Grant of Probate and handling assets, to preparing Inheritance Tax returns and advising executors on their responsibilities. We can manage the full administration or assist with specific aspects, depending on your needs. We also help with resealing overseas Grants for estates with assets in England and Wales.

Pricing

We believe in clear and transparent pricing:

• Wills – from £300 + VAT
• Lasting Powers of Attorney – from £750 per LPA (including preparation and registration)
• Probate & Estate Administration – from £2,400 + VAT

All fees are confirmed in writing before work begins, and we will always discuss any changes with you in advance.

If you’re unable to attend our office, home or hospital visits may be arranged (additional costs may apply).
