They completely redecorated our hall, stairs and landing to a very high standard. We were delighted with the end result. When we unexpectedly had a water leak from pipes in our loft during the project, Michael quickly dealt with the matter by hiring a dehumidifier to dry out the damp area on the ceiling. He ensured that stains were removed and paintwork completed thoroughly to provide an excellent finish. He also dealt efficiently with a separate damp stain on the living room ceiling caused by a shower leak by applying a stain stop and repainting the problem area to a high standard.
Michael is courteous, very approachable and trustworthy. He is a great project manager and keeps in regular communication on the status of each project, often going above and beyond the agreed specification by doing additional jobs that provide an extra finishing touch. When I employed Michael's team to paint the exterior of our house, he also offered to sand down and paint our wrought iron gate at the front of the garden at no extra cost. This was much appreciated. We spoke to and got quotes from a number of decorators and selected Michael as he provided a competitive price for redoing our window sills. As a customer I felt they really listened to what we wanted and gave advice on could be done. When it came to doing the work, again they were great in making sure they kept the property as clean and tidy as possible and keeping disruption to zero. Michael and his team communicated on a regular basis with us in terms of progress. We are very happy with not just the finished work but the quality of the service. The exterior of our house needed mending and repainting. The work was planned very methodically, the repairs were carried out thoroughly and we were kept informed at every stage.
Michael and his co-workers Joe and Alfie take obvious pride in their work.
