We visit you (and your family if you wish) at a time that is convenient to you. We do not charge for this visit, when we explain why these documents are now so important and this allows you to make a considered and informed decision

If you do wish to proceed we take your instructions and then prepare your documents

(we ask for no payment at this stage)

When we return with your documents at our second meeting, we witness and certify the documents with you (and any attorneys who are present) Then we manage the process of registration as your correspondent, including the gaining of attorneys signatures who are not present at this meeting.

When registration is complete we check the documents (the registration body can make mistakes) and then return them for your safe keeping.

Those who already have Enduring Power of Attorney – please contact us so we can explain why you might consider them no longer suitable for use.

If you already have Lasting Power of Attorney documents please check that you have TWO documents per person. Many people have not created a Health and Welfare LPA – now essential in todays society.
