We help our clients to build lasting and meaningful relationships with their CAREGivers by aiming to provide them with the same CAREGiver for each visit. The trust and bond that develops between them,ensures that their highly personalised care plan is consistently and reliably delivered.
To help monitor and amend the care being delivered, we provide adetailed Care Plan which is discussed and regularly reviewed with clients and/or their relatives. We provide 24 hour care to privately funded clients as well as to those whose care costs are supported by Adult Social Services with personal budgets or direct payments.
