S A Grove

Steve sent his son, Ricky, to quote for a guttering job and Ricky put up new guttering on 03 April 2023. I eventually got photos of the work but after almost a month, I am still chasing Ricky for a receipt to be emailed. I need to claim back the costs for the job but Ricky's had email probs, phone probs, been sick,family probs, etc and now I'm being ignored! Ricky's company name is ROOF TEKK which I did not know until after job completion.

Good job, reliable and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Steve carried out his work and completed the painting and also carried out an extra job for the same price as originally quoted which was very reasonable compared to others quoted.

She has even gone away and left her keys for him to do the work in her absence. He would even come round at a drop of hat if only to change a light bulb and found him very reasonable.
