Our electricians are all NICEIC registered, we provide free quotations, there is no charge for any call back within 30 days, and you'll be provided with a free NICEIC certificate.....

4. Installation Reports
Safely in the home is vital and here's where Springbank Electrical Services can again assist -
All electrical installations deteriorate with age and use. They should therefore be inspected and tested at regular intervals to check whether they are in a satisfactory condition for continued use. Such safety checks are commonly referred to as 'periodic inspection and testing'. Once completed you will be issued with an Electrical Condition Report (EICR).
Periodic inspection and testing should be carried out only by electrically competent persons, such as registered electricians. They will check the condition of the electrics against the UK standard for the safety of electrical installations, BS 7671 – Requirements for Electrical Installations (IEE Wiring Regulations).

Here at Springbank Electrical Services we provide a wide range of domestic services. Like wiring and rewiring, installation, minor repairs and maintenance, periodic test reports and installation reports.
We always look for the most effective way to repair your problem whilst making sure the cost doesn’t cause another problem.Maybe your home is heated by electricity we can repair or install electric heating when gas central heating isn’t appropriate.
We can also help with outdoor electrics, powering gardens, sheds or outside lights for security or just plain illumination.
House extensions and conservatory works can be complicated but not for us. New builds, renovations, and extensions are safe in our NICEIC approved hands.

Dolores29/04/2019I only expected a written estimate as per my text. Val & Anthony arrived and proceded to channel plaster and brick to install a new double electrical socket & to up grade a single socket to a double. They never used dust sheets to cover my home but only used one to collect the rubble. Dust everywhere! The new double socket has movement and is not flush to the wall & has slight movement. The upgraded socket has slight movement. Job cost £270.00. I will give them a chance to recrify the problems when they return on 03 May 19 and before they do other work for me.
MALCOLM05/10/2018I had been advised by a previous electrician that my kitchen needed rewiring to restore power all existing electric points.. Springbank restored power without any rewiring and without damaging my wall tiles at a very reasonable cost. Work was carried out efficiently without making a mess and advice was also given on ways to make my property safer from fire.
